I have been practicing homeopathy since 2001 and have successfully worked with clients suffering from chronic pain of various kinds, including back pain, joint pain, migraines and the results of injuries.
I want to get to the root of what is causing your pain. Because stress, anxiety, overwork and unresolved past conflicts can underpin many cases of chronic pain and slow your recovery from injuries, together we will look into how your health history and life story intersect. We will review the nature of your pain in detail, as this information helps me to identify a tailored homeopathic remedy, chosen on the basis of your unique symptoms, life and health history.
Gentle, effective homeopathic remedies can help you to free yourself from the impacts of past traumas and current stresses, while they also help your body reduce inflammation and heal itself.
Using nutritional therapy allows me to use healthy food to support your body's healing processes. I look at how foods may be leading to hidden inflammation in your body, which can lead to pain in various locations. I may perform a functional evaluation which enables me to identify nutritional imbalances, and I can also evaluate supplements to ascertain which suit you best. I am a certified Metabolic Balance coach, enabling me to provide you with a personalized food plan, chosen to satisfy your body's nutritional requirements, reduce inflammation and balance blood sugar, all of which can reduce pain and improve your overall wellbeing and energy level.
