Lorraine utilizes Reflexology which is an integrative health practice. It uses unique manual techniques to deliver pressure to neural pathways assisting the body to function optimally and result in the body to relax, increase oxygenation and can reduce pain.
Reiki is guided energy and will relax and remove blockages in our energy centers or chakras. As a result, the body will relax and pain will diminish.
Medical Intuitive healing, is another modality in which Lorraine can assist her clients with chronic pain. Lorraine connects with her client's energy and is able to connect with their soul essence to understand the root cause of their chronic pain challenges.
