At age 55 I was having all the menopausal symptoms and then some, hot flashes, night sweats, having trouble going to sleep and staying asleep, aching in my upper thighs and lower back and not to mention the fatigue.

Then I started to not sleep at all for 2 or 3 days at a time and when I could sleep it was for very short periods of time 1 to 3 hours. I became very depressed and very tired and very desperate to find some way to sleep.

I first decided to see my doctor to see about hormone replacement and was given a replacement therapy which made me feel even worse and did nothing to help the problem sleeping. So I went back to the doctor, she explained that it took time for the hormones to work and she gave me a prescription for sleeping pills. After two or three sleeping pills they stopped working and I was feeling even worse. So that’s what made me look for some other help!

Dr Reese has been great; it has taken a little time and changing around some of the natural treatments but I now sleep all night, the aching in my muscles is gone, no more HOT FLASHES or night sweats and my energy level is back to where I was in my 30’s and 40’s. I will stay with the natural treatments I feel so much better!
